Mohammad Javad NourianFard, 50% shareholder, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Inventor. Mohammad is a dynamic leader, entrepreneur. Prior to his recent projects, Mohammad served as the Industrial Manager at Rings Group Company from November 2019 to June 2022. Here, he played a pivotal role in the production of parts and tools for semi-heavy machinery, showcasing his expertise in industrial management. His experience also includes a tenure as Sales Manager at Mehr Leasing Company (September 2017 to October 2019), where he successfully managed a diverse team of 35 individuals. Mohammad’s innovative approach led to the creation of a new distribution system for online and offline sales, maximising profitability. Earlier in his career, he served as the Planning Manager at Arnika Holding Group (May 2011 to August 2015) and as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Ilia Pasargad Company (October 2008 to March 2011), where his strategic planning and marketing skills contributed to the success of these organisations. Mohammad holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Charleston State University, earned in 2019, where he demonstrated academic excellence with a GPA of 3.89/4. He also obtained a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Pune,India, in 2004, achieving a GPA of 3.72/4. In addition to his professional roles Mohammad is a recognised inventor, holding patents for innovative devices such as the ‘Portable Cooling-Heating Turbo Fan Coil Device using Fluid’ (PCT/IB2023/054764) and The Generator for producing piston continuous motion inside the Vertical Cylinder by the Gravitational Force and Magnetic Field ‘(WO/2025/022149).
